Ingredients
1/4 cup am rice flour
1/4 cup am toasted garbanzo flour
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp ground red pepper
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 qt cold water - in a deep sauce pan
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together. Add to 1 quart of cold water in
saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until simmering
and thick. USe over enchiladas or to season grain dishes.
SUGGESTIONS: Refrigerate extra sauce. Double or triple the dry
ingredients. Store the dry mix in a tightly closed jar. Use 3/4 cup
of the dry mix to one quart of cold water to make sauce.

The brassicas, Wonder foods that help with Dieting (eg. Even though there is insufficient scientific evidence obtainable, allyl sulphides are also thought by many researchers to reduce the symptoms of colds, sterilization and insomnia. Foods containing allyl sulfides are low in calories, so should be included in your diet. The Atkins’ Diet Now nearly 5 decades old, the atkins diet is still one of the most popular diets today. Although highly controversial, it enables weight loss whilst allowing you to eat many foods that are not normally available to dieters, such as lamb and cheeses. With this diet you eat protein and fat, it is the carbs that are on the banned list. It is referred to as a low carbohydrate, high protein, weight loss program. With this diet, the foods you should avoid are processed and refined sugar, milk, white bread, starchy vegetables, white rice and white flour, including, but not limited to, cereals and pasta made from white flour. On the atkins diet the foods you are encouraged to eat are still nutrient-rich unprocessed foods such as meat, fish and poultry. You also can eat shellfish, regular full fat cheese, butter and olive oil.
