The Recipe Instructions
 

 

Ingredients

1/2 small honeydew melon
1 ripe large papaya, peeled
1 seeded cubed
1 pt strawberries stemmed and
1 hulled
1 can pineapple chunks drained
1 jalapeno citrus dressing
1/3 cup orange juice
3 tbsp lime juice
3 tbsp minced fresh mint, basil
1 or cilantro
2 jalapeno peppers seeded,
1 minced
1 tbsp honey


Directions

Scoop seeds from melon. Remove fruit from rind with melon baller or cut
into wedges. Remove rind and cut into cubes. Place in large bowl. Add
fruits and dressing. Gently toss to combine. Serve immediately or cover and
refrigerate up to 3 hours. Garnish with mint. DRESSING Combine in small

The Glycaemic Index Diet
The gi index nutrition and weightloss system is linked to the glycaemic index, a list of types of food and an indicator of the rapidity that the glucose of the food gets converted to glucose in the dieters system. With this diet, the foods you should avoid are processed and refined sugar, milk, white bread, starchy vegetables, white rice and white flour, including cereals and pasta made from white flour.
Unlike other diets, with the atkins diet the foods you are encouraged to eat are nutrient-rich unprocessed foods such as meat, fish and, as a result, poultry. You also can eat shellfish, regular full fat cheese, butter and olive oil.

The South Beach Diet
The South Beach diet is a diet plan started by Florida-based cardiologist arthur agatston which encourages that dieters should eat "good carbs" instead of "bad carbohydrates" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats"
Agatston developed his nutritional system for his cardiac patients, based on his detailed study of scientific data on other dietary studies.
Good foods include, lean cuts of beef, turkey breast, shrimp, feta cheese, peanut butter, lowfat or nonfat milk and some vegatables, like kidney beans, eggplant and mushrooms.
