decorations depending on holidays - for Easter - tint coconut - use as
grass and put SF jelly beans and maybe a SF chocolate bunny.

Weight loss dietsThe Glycaemic Index Diet The glycaemic index diet is based around the gi (or glycaemic index), a chart showing foods and a score illustrating the rapidity that the carbohydrates in the food gets changed to glucose in your system. The believe is that long-acting food types (ie those food types with a low Glycaemic index score), suppress your appetite and help you to reduce your intake of food without feeling you are missing out. It's also extremely effective for individuals with diabetes, as the low GI types of food are useful in managing increases in blood sugar amount. The Zone Diet The Zone diet is a nutrition system initially advocated by Barry Sears in a series of books, publications and an accompanying website. The Zone diet is not expressly a weight reduction diet, although many followers claim that they really lose a few pounds when following it. The supposed science behind the Zone Diet is that if one can manage to limit the secretion of insulin and glucogen (two hormones), then your body releases eicosanoids which puts the body in a state of equilibrium which is much more healthy than usual, which, not surprisingly, is known as 'the zone'. Sears believes that when in the 'zone', your body is much more efficient and, as a result, does not build up fat. The most important process of the zone diet is to keep tight control over the ratio of carbohydrates to proteins, and to take high levels of Omega 6 and omega 3 fish oils. The Atkins’ Diet First invented by doctor atkins in the 1960s, the popular atkins diet is still one of the most popular diets today. Popular with many famous celebrities, it claims to allow weight reduction but still allows you to eat many foods that are not normally available to dieters, like lamb and butter. On the atkins diet you are encouraged to eat meat and fat, avoiding carbohydrates almost completely. Because of this, it is known as a high protein, low carb, diet. With this diet, the foods you should avoid are processed and refined sugar, milk, white bread, starchy vegetables, white rice and white flour, including cereals and pasta made from white flour. With this diet the foods you are encouraged to eat are nutrient-rich unprocessed foods such as meat, fish and, as a result, poultry. You also can eat shellfish, regular full fat cheese, butter and, as a consequence, olive oil. |
