Ingredients
2 cup skim milk
2 medium ripe bananas, cut 1" pieces
1/2 cup plain or banana nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup nonfat dry skim milk powder
1/3 cup wheat germ
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 tsp Equal Measure
= (or 8 packets Equal sweetener
or 1/3 cup Equal Spoonful)
Ground cinnamon, (optional)
Directions
Blend all ingredients except cinnamon in blender or food processor until
smooth. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
This recipe yields 4 servings. Serving size: 8 ounces (1 cup).
