Ingredients
1 cup oil-free italian dressing
1 tsp paprika
5 cl garlic, or more to taste
1 whole-wheat french bread
1 parsley flakes, optional
Directions
the broiler.
Place the dressing, paprika, and garlic in a blender and process
until well blended. Brush this mixture on the bread and sprinkle

The South Beach Diet
The South Beach diet is a weight loss system created by Dr. arthur agatston which encourages that dieters should be eating "good carbs" instead of "bad carbohydrates" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats" Dr. agatston developed his weight loss regime for people who have heart disease, as a result of his detailed study of scientific studies completed on other dietary studies. "good" foods include, veal cutlets, chicken breast, clams, low or fat free cheeses, peanuts, lowfat milk and some vegatables, like black beans, cauliflower and snow peas. Foods containing carotenes (includes cilantro, turnip greens and winter squash) These colorful plants contain the carotenoids believed by many to help in minimizing the chances of contracting, specifically those cancers involving the stomach and lesophagus. A good number also have a low calorie count, so should be included in every diet system. |
