Ingredients
1 lb milkcote or whitecote chocolte
1 cup crunchy cereal
Directions
Watermelon seeds or any other crunchy food
In the top of a double boiler, melt coating over hot, noit boiling,
water. Add cereal and seeds. Blend together thoroughly, then pour
onto waxed paper and spread thinly. Let stand until firm. Break into
pieces.

Lycopene is responsible for the vivid red color of quite a few food types. Lycoprene's main nutritional contribution is that it works as an antioxidant and seems to be of use in the fight to lower the probabilty of developing cancer. Lycopene is the strongest remover of singlet oxygen, which is linked with aging of the skin. It's also thought by many experts to slow down the growth of diseases affecting arterial blood vessels. The Glycaemic Index Diet The gi (or glycaemic index) weight loss program is based on the glycaemic index, a chart showing food types and a score illustrating the rapidity that the glucose and energy of the food type gets converted to glucose in your bloodstream. The theory is that long-acting types of food (ie with a low Glycaemic index score), keep you satisfied for a longer period of time and mean that you can eat fewer food without craving snacks all the time. It is also extremely useful for diabetics, as the low GI foods are helpful in reducing surges in blood sugar levels. |
