Ingredients

3 large granny smith apples
1 cored and diced
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup chopped celery small one, sugar free
1 butterscotch puddding
2 cup non-fat plain yogurt


Directions

Mix cored & diced apples, raisins, celery and walnuts well. Mix
butterscotch pudding and plain yogurt well. Mix pudding mixture with
apple mixture well and refrigerate for at least an hour before

The South Beach Diet
The South Beach diet is a diet system invented by Dr. arthur agatston which encourages that dieters should be eating "good carbs" instead of "bad carbohydrates" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats"
Dr. agatston developed this diet for people who have cardiac problems, based on his detailed analysis of scientific studies on other dietary studies.
Good foods include, lean cuts of beef, turkey breast, prawns, fat-free cheeses, pistachio nuts, nonfat milk and certain vegetables, like kidney beans, lettuce and mushrooms.

With the atkins diet you are encouraged to eat meat and fat, it is the carbs that are on the banned list. Because of this, it is known as a high protein, low carb, weight loss regime.
With this diet, the foods you should avoid are processed and refined sugar, milk, white bread, starchy vegetables, white rice and white flour, including cereals and pasta made from white flour.
With this diet the foods you are encouraged to eat are still nutrient-rich unprocessed foods such as meat, fish & poultry. You also can eat shellfish, regular full fat cheese, butter and olive oil.




Foods containing allyl sulfides
( includes eschalot, chives and spring onions)

The alliaceae family of foods is rich in allyl sulphides, a chemical which experts believe could be linked to a reduced risk of stomach and colon cancer.
Although there is insufficient definitive proof obtainable, allyl sulphides are also thought by many researchers to reduce problems with antiinflammatory effect, high blood pressure and fatigue.

Foods containing allyl sulfides are also good for weight loss, so make sure you add them to your diet system.
