Sears alleges that when in the 'zone', your body is much more efficient and, as a consequence, does not need to build up stores of fat. The main method of the zone diet is to monitor and control the exact ratio of carbs to proteins, and to ensure you get increased amounts of Omega 6 and omega 3 fish oils. |
