Ingredients

3 lb chicken, in quarters/pieces
1 tbsp mustard,prepared
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup bread crumbs, freshly made
1 tbsp butter, softened
1 tbsp vinegar
1/4 tsp cayenne, or to taste


Directions

Prehead oven to 375f. Wipe the chicken with a paper towel. Mix the=
butter, mustard, vinegar, salt and cayenne, and rub the mixture all
over the skin side of the chicken.=14Place the chicken, skin side up,
in a shallow= roasting pan. Sprinkle evenly with th crumbs and bake
for about 40 minuts, or= until meat thermometer rgisters 170f in the

The South Beach Diet
The South Beach diet is a diet plan started by Dr. arthur agatston, a cardiologist from miami, usa, which stresses that one should consume "good carbs" instead of "bad carbohydrates" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats"
