(inlcudes garlic, red apples, soya beans & basil)

The nutrients called 'flavonoids' which exist in these natural foods are thought to have properties in preventing cancer.

Low calorie diet

Rather obviously, the low calorie diet is based on the fact that if you plan to achieve weight loss, the important thing to take in fewer calories than you burn up.

The calorie defined?
The calorie is the unit used for measuring the amount of energy in food. A 'calorie' is the the amount of energy required to raise the temperature of 1 gram of water by 1 degree centigrade at atmospheric pressure. If a meal contains more calories, then it will gives you more energy to use when eaten.

Examples of low calorie foods include watercress, bell pepper, watermelon, low fat ham, and bamboo shoots.

"Reality check: you can never, ever, use weight loss to solve problems that are not related to your weight. At your goal weight or not, you still have to live with yourself and deal with your problems. You will still have the same husband, the same job, the same kids, and the same life.
