Ingredients

3 cup ham, cooked, cubed
1 cup celery, chopped
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup olives, pimiento-stuffed; chopped
2 eggs, hard-cooked; chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp mustard, prepared
1 dash pepper
1 cup potato chips, crushed


Directions

Combine first 9 ingredients; stir well. Spoon mixture into a lightly
greased 8" square baking dish; top with potato chips. Bake at 400 degrees
for 20 to 25 minutes.
