Ingredients
3 oz pkg. cream cheese - softened
1 cup powdered sugar replacement
2 tbsp water
1/2 to 1 ts. mint flavoring
1 food color as desired

Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Stir in sugar replacement, water,
flavoring and food color. Dough may be divided into parts and different
flavoring and food color added to each part. Knead or work with hand until
dough is smooth. Roll into small marble-size balls, press each ball firmly
into cavity of mould, and unmould onto waxed paper.

Low calorie diet
In short, the low-cal diet states that if you plan to become thinner, then you have to consume less calories than you use. What is a calorie? The calorie is a unit for measuring food's ability to produce heat and energy. The 'calorie' is the the amount of energy required to raise the temperature of 1 gram of water by 1 degree centigrade at atmospheric pressure. If a meal contains more calories, then it will gives you more energy when your body burns it. Low-cal food types include cabbage, cabbage, apricot, canadian bacon, and low-fat cheese. The Glycaemic Index Diet The glycaemic index weight loss program is based on the gi index, a list of food types and an indicator of the ease that the carbohydrates of the food type gets transformed to sugar in the dieters blood stream. The theory is that long-acting food types (ie those foods with a low Glycaemic index score), keep you satiated for longer and help you to consume less food without craving snacks all the time. It is also beneficial for diabetics, as the low GI foods are beneficial in minimizing increases in blood glucose amount.
