Ingredients
1 medium orange
1/2 cup raw cranberries
1 sugar substitute equal to 1
1 tablespoon sugar
1 package sugar free gelatin, red
3/4 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1 ice cubes
Directions
Quarter the oragne and remove seeds, Combine orange and cranberries
in food processor and chop finely. Add sugar substitute and set
aside. dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Combine cold water and
enough ice cupes to make 1 cup ice water. Add water to gelatin and
stir. Set aside until ice cubes melt. Add fruit mixture. Pour into a
2 cup mold or an 8 inch square pan which has been sprayed with Pam.
Chill until firm.

Weight loss dietsThe South Beach Diet The South Beach diet is a diet system created by Miami-based cardiologist arthur agatston which stresses that dieters should eat "good carbohydrates" instead of "bad carbs" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats" Agatston developed his system as an aid to patients with heart conditions, based on his detailed study of scientific research on other diets. The Zone Diet The Zone diet is a nutrition and weight loss system initially detailed by Barry Sears in a number of books, publications and an accompanying website. The Zone diet is not exactly a fat reduction diet, however many zone diet fans find that they really seem to lose weight by following the zone diet. The main scientific theory behind the Zone Diet is that if you limit the levels of the hormones 'insulin' and 'glucogen', then anti-inflammatory chemicals are released which, in turn puts one's body in a balanced state that is a lot more healthful than normal, which is known as the zone. Sears claims that when in the 'zone', your body is working at its best and, as a consequence, doesn't convert energy to unsightly fat. The main technique of the diet is to monitor and control the precise ratio of carbs to proteins, and to ensure you get plenty of Omega 3 and omega 6. |
