Ingredients
1 1/4 cup cranberry juice, reduced-calorie
6 oz (1) cn orange juice, unsweetened frozen concen
2 cup diet lemon-line soda
1 sugar subsitute to equal 1/4 c suga, r
Directions
Combine cranberry juice, orange concentrate, and sugar substitute in a
large bowl; stir well and chill. Add soda to fruit juice mixture just
before serving. Serve over crushed ice.

The South Beach Diet
The South Beach diet is a diet created by Dr. arthur agatston, a cardiologist from miami, usa, which emphasizes that one should consume "good carbohydrates" instead of "bad carbohydrates" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats" Dr. agatston developed his dietary regime as an aid to patients with heart conditions, as a consequence of his analysis of scientific studies on other nutritional studies. Foods rich in lycopene (includes apricots, red bell peppers & rosehip) Lycopene is a natural chemical compound and one of the same family of phytochemicals as carotene. It is the reason for the vivid red color of quite a few natural foods. Fortunately, unlike many nutrients, it does not degrade if cooked, rather it is truly enhanced by being heated. . Lycoprene's most valuable theraputic value is that it is an antioxidant and seems to be an asset in the battle to lower the chances of contracting cancer. This useful phytochemical is the most effective carotenoid quencher of singlet oxygen, which is correlated with aging of the skin. It is also thought by nutritionalists to slow down the development of atherosclerosis. |
