serving platter; tent with foil to keep warm.

The Zone Diet
The Zone diet is a diet system initially detailed by Barry Sears in a series of books, publications and an associated web site. The Zone diet isn’t particularly a fat reduction diet, although many zone diet fans find that they really manage to lose weight by following the zone diet.
The science claimed for the Zone Diet is that if one can manage to limit the levels of two key hormones, (insulin and glucogen), then anti-inflammatory chemicals are released which, in turn puts one's body in a balanced state which is much, much more wholesome than other diets, this is referred to as 'the zone'.
Sears claims that a body that is in 'the zone' is working at its most efficient and, as a consequence, does not build up fat.
The most valuable procedure of the diet is to maintain the precise ratio of carbohydrates to proteins, and to take large amounts of Omega 3 and omega 6.

"Reality check: you can never, ever, use weight loss to solve problems that are not related to your weight. At your goal weight or not, you still have to live with yourself and deal with your problems. You will still have the same husband, the same job, the same kids, and the same life.
