The Recipe Instructions
 

 

Ingredients

4 egg whites
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup nonfat yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt

TOPPING

1 tbsp confectioners sugar


Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Oil bottom of 9-inch square pan. Place egg
whites in a large bowl. Beat until slightly frothy. Add oil, yogurt
and vanilla, mix well. Add sugar and cocoa, mix well. Add flour and
salt. Mix until blended. Pour into pan. Bake at 360 degrees for
26-28 minutes. Avoid over baking. Dust with confectioners sugar.

Foods containing allyl sulfides

The alliaceae family of vegetables is high in allyl sulphides, a chemical which experts believe might be linked to a reduced risk of stomach and colon cancer.
Although there is not enough, scientific proof obtainable, allyl sulphides are also believed to aid in antiinflammatory effect, sterilization and physical exhaustion.

Foods containing allyl sulfides are low in calories, so should be included in your diet system.

The glycaemic index diet system is reliant on the gi index, a list showing foods and a score representing the rapidity with which the carbs of the food type gets changed to sugar in your system. The claim is that slow acting foods (ie with a low Glycaemic index score), will keep you feeling full for longer and help you to injest less food without feeling you are always hungry.
It is also very efficient for people with diabetes, as the low GI foods are beneficial in preventing surges in blood glucose amount.
