Ingredients
WALDINE VAN GEFFEN VGHC42A
1 lb ground chicken or turkey
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1/4 cup apple sauce
1/4 cup yellow onion, mince
1/4 cup parsley, chop
1 tsp lea & perrin
1 tsp lemon juice
1 salt and pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients and shape into patties. Grill, broil or saute
about 4-5 minutes per side. Serve with Christina Ferrare's No-Fat

Types of dietThe South Beach Diet The South Beach diet is a weight loss system invented by Dr. arthur agatston, a cardiologist from miami, usa, which stresses that one should consume "good carbs" instead of "bad carbohydrates" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats" Agatston developed his weight loss system for people who have cardiac problems, as a result of his detailed study of scientific studies completed on other weight loss studies. Good foods include, lean beef, turkey bacon, oysters, low or fat free cheeses, pistachios, lowfat or nonfat milk and certain vegetables, like chickpeas, broccoli and water chestnuts. The Atkins’ Diet Originating way back in the 1960s, the atkins diet is still one of the most popular diets today. Having many well known film stars amongst its supporters, it enables fat reduction whilst allowing you to eat many of the foods you love, for example beef and butter. Unlike other diets, with the atkins diet you are supposed to eat fat and protein, avoiding carbohydrates almost completely. It is referred to as a low carbohydrate/high protein, nutrition system. With this diet, the foods you should avoid are processed and refined sugar, milk, white bread, starchy vegetables, white rice and white flour, including cereals and pasta made from white flour. With the atkins diet the foods you are encouraged to eat continues to be nutrient-rich unprocessed foods like meat, fish and, as a consequence, poultry. You also can eat shellfish, regular full fat cheese, butter and olive oil.
