Diet Chocolate Whipped Cream Pie Recipe brought to you by Diet Recipes To-Go
Weight loss dietsThe Zone Diet The Zone diet is a diet initially suggested by Barry Sears in a number of books, publications and an associated website. The Zone diet isn’t exactly a fat reduction diet, however some people believe that they really manage to lose a few pounds by following it. The science claimed for the Zone Diet is that if one can manage to control the amount of two key hormones, (insulin and glucogen), then your body releases eicosanoids (anti-inflamatory chemicals) which, in turn puts your body in a balanced state which is far more healthful than normal, this is referred to as 'the zone'. Sears alleges that a body that is in 'the zone' is perfectly balanced and, because of this, does not convert energy to unsightly fat. The key method of the zone system is to monitor and control the exact ratio of carbohydrates to proteins, and to dose yourself with large amounts of Omega 6 and omega 3 fish oils. |
