Ingredients
2 tbsp canola oil
2 large garlic cloves, pressed
1 tbsp chili powder
1 dash ground red pepper
2 lb boneless beef top sirloin, cut 1" pieces
8 green onions, cut 2" pieces
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Combine oil, garlic, chili powder and red pepper in a bowl. Add beef and
green onions; toss to coat. Let marinate 20 minutes.
Prepare a medium heat grill. On eight 12-inch metal skewers, alternately
thread beef and green onion pieces. Grill kebabs 10 to 12 minutes, turning
occasionally, for medium-rare to medium doneness. Season to taste with
salt; sprinkle with parsley.
