Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 skinned
1 medium onion chopped
2 cl garlic, chopped - or
1 more to taste
1/2 green pepper chopped 6 or 8 oz. ca, n stewed
1 tomatoes
2 tbsp brown sugar - or subst. =
1 tbsp chili pepper
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
PLACE CHICKEN BREASTS IN A CASSEROLE DISH AND SET ASIDE. SAUTE THE
REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN A PAN ON TOP OF STOVE FOR 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL
A LITTLE SOFT. POUR OVER RAW CHICKEN AND BAKE IN A PREHEATED 350
DEGREE OVEN FOR ABOUT 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHICKEN IS DONE. GOOD
SERVED OVER NOODLES. RECEIPE CAN BE DOUBLED EASILY AND REHEAT
