A low calorie weight loss regime

In a nutshell, a low calorie weight loss regime depends on the fact that if you intend to lose weight, the important thing to consume less calories than you actually use.

The calorie defined?
The calorie is the standard unit for energy measurement in dieting. A food calorie is the the energy required to increase the temperature of 1 gram of water by 1 degree centigrade at normal atmospheric pressure. If a food has higher calories, then it will turn into a larger amount of energy when it is converted.

Foods low in calories include brussels sprouts, bell pepper, melon, ground turkey, and skimmed milk.

"A good cook is the peculiar gift of the gods. He must be a perfect creature from the brain to the palate, from the palate to the finger's end.
"Walter Savage Landor"

"A diet is the penalty we pay for exceeding the feed limit."

"Reality check: you can never, ever, use weight loss to solve problems that are not related to your weight. At your goal weight or not, you still have to live with yourself and deal with your problems. You will still have the same husband, the same job, the same kids, and the same life. Losing weight is not a cure for life"
Phillip C. McGraw
