Diet Cheesy Tuna Mac Recipe brought to you by Diet Recipes To-Go
Diet typesThe Atkins’ Diet Originating way back in the 1960s, the atkins diet has been one of the most popular weight loss systms over the last few years. Popular with many famous celebrities, it supposedly allows weight reduction whilst allowing you to eat many foods that are not normally available to dieters, such as pork and some dairy produce. With this diet it is considered good to eat fat and protein, it is carbohydrates that need to be avoided. It is referred to as a low carbohydrate/high protein, diet. With this diet, the foods you should avoid are processed and refined sugar, milk, white bread, starchy vegetables, white rice and white flour, including cereals and pasta made from white flour. Unlike other diets, with the atkins diet the foods you are encouraged to eat continues to be nutrient-rich unprocessed foods like meat, fish and, as a result, poultry. You also can eat shellfish, regular full fat cheese, butter and, as a consequence, olive oil. The South Beach Diet The South Beach diet is a diet created by Dr. arthur agatston which stresses that one should consume "good carbohydrates" instead of "bad carbohydrates" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats" Dr. agatston developed his weight loss system as an aid to patients with heart conditions, as a consequence of his detailed study of scientific research on other weight loss regimes. Examples of good foods include, broiled ham, turkey bacon, fish, mozzarella cheese, peanut butter, nonfat yoghurt and some vegatables, such as artichokes, cauliflower and mushrooms. |
