The Recipe Instructions
 

 

Ingredients

4 skinless sea bass fillets, 1" thick, (4 oz ea)
1 tsp Caribbean jerk seasoning
Nonstick cooking spray, as needed
1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted,
and diced
= (or 1 cup diced drained bottled m
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
2 tsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp minced fresh or bottled jalapeño pe


Directions

Prepare grill or preheat broiler. Sprinkle fish with seasoning; coat
lightly with cooking spray.

Grill fish over medium coals or broil 5 inches from heat for 4 to 5 minutes
per side or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Meanwhile, combine mango, cilantro, lime juice and jalapeño pepper; mix
well. Serve over fish.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
