Ingredients
1 can white albacore tuna, drained in spring water
1 tbsp chipote pepper
1/4 cup green onions
1 tsp white pepper
1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
1/8 cup mayo, (low-cal)
1/2 cup boiled egg, chopped
2 tbsp pickle relish
1 pickled orka
1 french bread
Directions
Mix well. Serve on french bread with pickled okra.

Superfoods containing lycopene (includes guava, papaya & tomato sauce) The nutrient lypcopene is a simple coloring agent and one of the carotenid family. It is responsible for the deep red hue of many fruit, vegetables and pulses. Intrestingly, unlike numerous other nutritional compounds, lycopene is not damaged if it is cooked, instead it is noticeably strengthened by being heated. . Its most valuable advantage is that it serves as an antioxidant and seems to be of use in the fight to lower the risks of contracting cancer.
