The South Beach Diet
The South Beach diet is a diet system started by Dr. arthur agatston, a cardiologist from miami, usa, which encourages that dieters should be eating "good carbs" instead of "bad carbs" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats"
Dr. agatston developed his dietary regime for his cardiac patients, as a consequence of his detailed study of scientific research on other weight loss systems.
Good foods include, veal cutlets, turkey breast, shrimp, parmesan cheese, pecan halves, nonfat milk and some vegatables, like kidney beans, cauliflower and water chestnuts.

Foods containing allyl sulfides
( includes eschalot, white onions and spring onions)

The alliaceae family of vegetables is high in allyl sulphides, a chemical which experts believe may be linked to a reduced risk of stomach and colon cancer.
Although there is not enough, scientific evidence at hand, allyl sulfides are also thought by many experts to aid in blood circulation, high blood pressure and physical exhaustion.

Foods containing allyl sulfides also help you lose weight, so should be included in every diet system.

"A diet is the penalty we pay for exceeding the feed limit."

"Reality check: you can never, ever, use weight loss to solve problems that are not related to your weight. At your goal weight or not, you still have to live with yourself and deal with your problems. You will still have the same husband, the same job, the same kids, and the same life. Losing weight is not a cure for life"
