Ingredients
1/4 cup margerine softened
2 tsp evaporated milk(unsweetened)
1 tsp butter flavoring
1 cup powder sugar replacement
Directions
Cream together the margerine, milk and butter flavoring until
fluffy.Stir in the sugar replacement. Knead until smooth.Roll out
into marble size balls and either press into mold and unmold onto wax
paper,or place balls on wax paper and flatten slightly.

The South Beach Diet
The South Beach diet is a diet system created by Dr. arthur agatston which emphasizes that one should consume "good carbs" instead of "bad carbohydrates" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats" Agatston developed his system as an aid to patients with heart conditions, as a consequence of his analysis of scientific studies on other weight loss regimes.
