Ingredients
2 cup skim milk
1 package reduce calorie instant
1 chocolate pudding
1 medium banana peeled and thinly
1 sliced
2 tsp packed brown sugar
Directions
In mixing bowl combine milk and pudding mix. Into a flame proof dish
pour in the pudding and chill. Can be prepared a day in advance.
Arrange the banana slices over top of pudding and sprinkle with
sugar. Place in oven and broil until sugar melts and is bubbly about
1 minute. Do Not Burn Each Serving is 1/2 fruit 1 milk 10 optional

Sears claims that if you get into this 'zone', your metabolism is perfectly balanced and, as a consequence, doesn't build up layers of fat. The most important process of the diet is to monitor and control the exact ratio of carbohydrates to proteins, and to dose yourself with plenty of Omega 3 and omega 6. |
