Dr. agatston invented this diet as an aid to patients with heart conditions, based on his detailed analysis of scientific data completed on other weight loss regimes.
Approved foods include, veal cutlets, chicken breast, seafood, fat-free cheeses, pistachio nuts, lowfat milk and certain vegetables, like butter beans, celery and spinach.
