The Recipe Instructions
 

 

Ingredients

2 cup whole-wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup honey
2 cup water, or nut milk
2 tbsp applesauce
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup raisins


Directions

Combine wet ingredients. Fold dry and wet ingredients together, until
just moistened. Spoon into lightly oiled or non-stick muffin tins.
Bake at

Diet types


The Glycaemic Index Diet
The gi (or glycaemic index) nutrition system is based on the glycaemic index, a list showing types of food and a score illustrating the speed that the carbs of the food type gets converted to sugar in the dieters body. The believe is that long-acting food types (ie those foods with a low Glycaemic score), keep you satisfied for a longer period of time and help to eat less food without being miserabl;e.
It's also very useful for individuals with diabetes, as the low GI foods are beneficial in controlling increases in glucose amount.


The Atkins’ Diet
Originating way back in the 1960s, the popular atkins diet has been one of the most popular weight loss systems over the last few years. Popular with many famous celebrities, it allows fat reduction whilst still eating many of the foods you love, like beef and some dairy produce.
Unlike other diets, with the atkins diet you are encouraged to eat meat and fat, it is the carbs that are on the banned list. Because of this, it is known as a high protein, low carb, nutrition and weightloss system.
With this diet, the foods you should avoid are processed and refined sugar, milk, white bread, starchy vegetables, white rice and white flour, including cereals and pasta made from white flour.
On the atkins diet the foods you are encouraged to eat are still nutrient-rich unprocessed foods like meat, fish and, as a result, poultry. You also can eat shellfish, regular full fat cheese, butter and, as a result, olive oil.




The South Beach Diet
The South Beach diet is a diet plan invented by Dr. arthur agatston which encourages that one should consume "good carbs" instead of "bad carbohydrates" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats"
Doctor agatston invented his nutritional system for his cardiac patients, based on his detailed study of scientific data completed on other weight loss regimes.
Good foods include, lean beef, turkey bacon, prawns, fat free cheese, peanuts, nonfat milk and certain vegetables, like black beans, cabbage and turnips.
