Ingredients
3 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar replacement
2 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Stir in sugar replacement, water and
vanilla extract. (Dought may be divided into parts and different
flavorings and/or food color added to each part as suggested in various
recipes.) Knead or work with the hand until dough is smooth. Use as
directed in the recipes. Yield: 1 cup (250 ml) Exchange, full recipe: 4

This chemical is accountable for the dark red colour of quite a few foods. Unlike most other healthy agents, it is not damaged if it is cooked, rather it is actually strengthened by being cooked. . Lycoprene's most valuable benefit is that it serves as an antioxidant and is believed to be of use in the fight to lower the chances of contracting cancer. The Atkins’ Diet Although it originated back in the 1960s, the atkins diet is still widely used today. Popular with many famous celebrities, it claims to allow fat reduction whilst allowing you to eat many foods that would not be part of a normal diet, for example lamb and eggs. Unlike other diets, with the atkins diet it is considered good to eat fat and protein, it is the carbs that are on the banned list. It is referred to as a low carbohydrate/high protein, diet system. With this diet, the foods you should avoid are processed and refined sugar, milk, white bread, starchy vegetables, white rice and white flour, including, but not limited to, cereals and pasta made from white flour. Unlike other diets, on the atkins diet the foods you are encouraged to eat are nutrient-rich unprocessed foods like meat, fish & poultry. You also can eat shellfish, regular full fat cheese, butter & olive oil. |
