Ingredients
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp lite salt (optional)
1/4 cup oat bran
2 egg beaters¨ 99% egg
1 substitute
1 cup brown sugar -- packed
1/3 cup liquid butter buds
3 medium ripe bananas (1 1/2 cups) --
1 mashed
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan with a
non-fat cooking spray.
Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, and lite salt into a
medium size bowl. Stir in oat bran; set aside.
In another medium size bowl, beat together Egg Beaters, brown sugar,
and liquid Butter Buds; add bananas.
Add dry ingredients to banana mixture. Beat until just combined.
Pour into prepared loaf pan.
Bake in oven for 50 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool on wire rack.
Yields: One loaf (12 slices)

The Zone Diet
The Zone diet is a diet first created by Barry Sears in a series of books, publications and an associated web site. The Zone diet is not expressly a fat reduction diet, nevertheless many zone diet fans discover that they actually lose weight by following this system.
