Ingredients
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup sugar twin
1/3 cup margarine
1 egg
2 egg whites
1 tsp baking soda
2 cup flour
4 tbsp milk
3/4 tsp vinegar
3 bananas, ripe, mashed
Directions
Blend sugar, Sugar Twin, and margarine. Add eggs and mix well. Sift
flour and soda into bowl and stir. Mix milk and vinegar together,
then add to mixture. Fold in bananas. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in
greased 9 x 5 loaf pan. Let cool and cut into 20 slices.

carbohydrate 17g, sodium 63mg.

Foods containing allyl sulfides
( includes eschalot, leeks and spring onions) The onion range of vegetables is rich in allyl sulphides, a chemical which experts believe could be linked to a reduced risk of stomach and colon cancer. Although there is very little scientific proof obtainable, allyl sulphides are also thought to aid in antiinflammatory effect, sterilization and diabetes. Foods containing allyl sulfides are low in calories, so you should add them to your weight loss program.
