Ingredients
8 cube bouillion
8 cup hot water
2 cup rice
8 green onion, chopped
7/8 cup celery
1 cup bread crumbs, dry
1 recipe was for 1 serving
1 and i am not going to use
1 8 bouillion cubes
Directions
Dissolve bouillion in hot water. Add rice, green onion, and celery;
cover. Cook for 5 minutes. Add bread crumbs. Pour into small baking
dish. Bake at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes or until top i s lightly
crusted. Food Exchange per serving: 1 1/2 STARCH/BREAD EXCHANGES

Diet informationThe South Beach Diet The South Beach diet is a diet system created by Miami-based cardiologist arthur agatston which stresses that dieters should eat "good carbohydrates" instead of "bad carbohydrates" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats" Dr. agatston developed the south beach diet for people who have cardiac problems, based on his detailed study of scientific studies completed on other diets. Approved foods include, lean cuts of beef, turkey breast, seafood, provolone cheese, peanuts, nonfat milk and some vegatables, like split peas, broccoli and spinach. The Zone Diet The Zone diet is a nutrition and weightloss system first advocated by Barry Sears in a series of books. The Zone diet isn’t exactly a fat reduction diet, nevertheless many followers discover that they really seem to lose weight by following it. The science claimed for the Zone Diet is that if you manage to limit the amount of insulin and glucogen (both hormones), then your body releases eicosanoids which puts your body in a state of equilibrium that is much more healthy than usual, which is known as the zone. Sears alleges that if you get into this 'zone', your metabolism is perfectly balanced and, because of this, does not convert energy to unsightly fat. The main method of the zone system is to control the precise ratio of carbs to proteins, and to dose yourself with large amounts of Omega 3 fish oils. |
