Diet Baked Brandied Pears Recipe brought to you by Diet Recipes To-Go
Weight loss systemsThe Zone Diet The Zone diet is a nutrition system primarily invented by Barry Sears in a series of books and publications. The Zone diet is not specifically a fat reduction diet, nevertheless many zone diet followers claim that they reduce a few pounds when following it. The main theory behind the Zone Diet is that if you can gain control of the amount of two important hormones, (insulin and glucogen), then anti-inflammatory chemicals are released which, in turn puts one's body in a state of balance which is an awful lot more healthful than usual, which followers of the diet, refer to as '"he zone". Sears believes that if you get into this 'zone', your metabolism is working at its best and, because of this, does not need to convert surplus energy to fat. The main process of the system is to control the ratio of carbohydrates to proteins, and to take increased amounts of Omega 3 and omega 6. |
