Directions
Chill apricot juice and ginger ale throughly. To serve, combine

The South Beach Diet
The South Beach diet is a diet started by Cardiologist arthur agatston which stresses that dieters should eat "good carbohydrates" instead of "bad carbohydrates" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats" Doctor agatston invented his weight loss regime for his cardiac patients, based on his analysis of scientific research on other dietary studies. "good" foods include, lean beef, turkey breast, clams, low or fat free cheeses, pistachio nuts, eggs and some vegatables, such as butter beans, cabbage and sprouts. The Glycaemic Index Diet The gi (or glycaemic index) weight loss program is based around the glycaemic index, a list showing foods and an indicator of the ease that the carbohydrates of the food gets transformed to sugar in your body. The claim is that slow acting types of food (ie those with a low Gi score), suppress your appetite and mean that you can eat less food without craving snacks all the time. It's also very beneficial for diabetics, as the low GI types of food are beneficial in managing increases in blood sugar secretion.
