Ingredients
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cloves
1/8 tsp allspice
1 cup oats, quick-cooking
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened
1/2 cup butter, melted, or oil
1 each egg, unbeaten
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp sweetener, liquid
Directions
DIRECTIONS:
Sift together flour and spices. Stir together, oats,
raisins, add oil, egg, vanilla and sweetener. Blend
well and add to dry ingredients. Mix until moistened
and drop by teaspoons on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 F for 10 to 15 minutes. Makes 2 dozen
cookies.
