The Glycaemic Index Diet
The glycaemic index diet system is based around the glycaemic index, a list showing food types and a score representing the speed with which the carbs of the food gets converted to glucose in the dieters system. The claim is that long-acting types of food (ie those foods with a low Glycaemic score), will keep you feeling full for longer and mean that you can take in fewer food without feeling hungry.
